Telephone Support

We provide telephone support to assist our customers to resolve most minor computer-related problems.

With the advent of remote support capabilities and ADSL (Broadband) internet connections the average telephone support call can be resolved inside of 5 minutes. In some cases we can even remotely control you computer from our office and fix your problems while you watch!

We offer the first 5 minutes FREE of charge to our CSA customers. However, for support calls that exceed 6 minutes we do charge for the support call on a per/15 minute block. Our 15 minute block rate for telephone/remote support is $24.75 per 15 minutes including GST.

Service Centre

Our service centre repairs receive the same level of service priority as does our Onsite service calls. You can be assured of prompt turn-around with the repair of your computer.

We stock a large range of computer components that will suit the majority of makes of computer, but in the event that we don't have stock of a required component, we can source parts overnight or even locally from our competitors if need be.

Our aim is to provide you with fast and prompt service.

With fully trained IBM and Toshiba technicians we are Far North Queensland's warranty repair agents.

Our in house labour rate is $99 per hour inc. GST, with a minimum of quote/repair fee of $55.00 including GST.

Onsite Calls

Future Computers provide fast service call response to clients in the Cairns area, but we travel as far south as Cardwell, north to the Torres Straight, and west to the Gulf regions. If required to do so we can fly to any part of Australia and surrounding islands.

Our onsite call rates begin at $110.00 per hour during business hours for NON CSA customers with a $22.00 service call for local Cairns district and time chargeable rates for outer districts.

 

Customer Support Agreements (CSA)

Most of our customers make use of our pre-paid 'Customer Support Agreements' to obtain priority service, as well as the benefit of a cost saving.

Our CSA's provide you with a variety of value add services, but most importantly, we offer priority service and reduced rates when you purchase a block of hours in the form of a CSA.

Our onsite rates begin at $99.00 per hour with no service call out fee charged in the Cairns district. This hourly rate reduces with the more prepaid hours purchased.
